Stall Boarding $395.00/month:
Grain, hay, sawdust, run-in sheds, and large maintained pastures
Horses to be fed twice daily.
A daily turnout schedule for each stalled horse is required and at the mercy of the weather. During the summer months, horses will be in during the daytime and out at nighttime.
During the winter, horses will be out during daytime and in at nighttime.
Currently the barn houses 8 - 12x 12 pro matted stalls with plans for an additional 8 stalls and another tack room.
Other boarder amenities to include: Heated tack, 66x120 indoor, hot and cold wash rack, aisle crossties, and a heated lounge with full bath and many other comforts.
Blanketing is included with proper blankets provided by Owner.
The farm's owner/manager lives on property for constant surveillance and added security.
All boarders will be given a fee schedule of optional additional amenities packages the farm offers. Examples include: show horse lighting (fall-spring), supplements packages, grooming options, exercise schedules, etc.
Pletch Eq. Center requires all boarders sign a boarding contract for their protection as well as the farm's.
The farm's on staff farrier is Hank Highfield. Hank is a talented CJF farrier with much experience in sport and pleasure horse shoeing. Hank has 25 years of horse shoeing experience including 10 years of competitive shoeing. He was on the American Farrier Team three consecutive years and top 10 in the World Championships at Calgary. We are thankful to have such a qualified, talented horseman.
Scheduling of an equine dentist and an equine chiropractor will be in the near future.

OUR STABLE FACILITIES
Each Stall has a fan, auto waterer, blanket bar, and outlet for heated buckets .
Bright wash rack with hot water, crossties, hose boom, and anything else you might want.
4 stalls have dutch doors and the other 4 have barred, sliding plexiglass windows. Every stall is bright and airy.
Mare pasture. Pastures are seperated into large groups of mares and geldings.
Large, grassy pastures keep horses fat and happy.
Fenced with coated high tensile and a top rail of Horse Rail.
